Here are some instructions for cooking Manhattan's own prep foods.  
Chicken Spiedini
Saute in olive oil until brown. Bake covered at 350º for 25-30 minutes.
 
 
Sirloin Spiedini
Saute in olive oil until brown. Bake covered at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
 
 
Cordon Bleu
Bake 350º for 40-45 minutes, covered. Uncover last 10 minutes to brown. Serve with white cheese sauce over rice.
 
 
Almond Chicken
Bake 350º for 40-45 minutes, covered. Serve with brown gravy or Hunter's® sauce over brown or wild rice.
 
 
Broccoli & Cheddar Stuffed Chicken
Bake 350º for 40-45 minutes, covered. Cover with cheddar sauce and serve with long grain wild rice.
 
 
Breaded Italian Chicken (or Veal) Breast
Brown in oil and serve. Or cover with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese for an easy chicken parmigiana.
 
 
Chicken Kiev
Stuff with butter and chives and bake at 350º covered for 40-45 minutes. Serve with pasta or noodles.
 
 
Stuffed Chicken Breast
Made with our homemade bread stuffing. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350º, covered. Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy.
 
 
Chicken Monterey
Chicken stuffed with mushrooms, onions, and Monterey jackcheese. Bake at 350º covered for 40-45 minutes. Serve over white rice with your favorite hot sauce.
